Ellie and I flew to Seattle to visit the once-Eureka/now-Kent Frankel clan. They graciously lent us their car for the drive down to Portland to reunite Ellie with her daddy and see the rest of the family for Joe and Kristin's big day! The cross-country trip was a little rough on the peanut; whose routine was out of whack for a while. Case in point: We arrived in Seattle at around 9:30 local time (12:30 am for those of us who reside in the Eastern Time Zone) and Ellie didn't go to sleep until 11:00! Yikes. The drive down was uneventful and we got there in time for the rehearsal dinner and to introduce Ellie to her Uncle Joe, Aunt Kristin and Uncle Jason (among MANY other family and friends); and to catch up with Granny Liz, Aunt Anne, Uncle Jeff and adorable cousins Daisy and Chloe.
